"Following on from the tragic events of Proteus Dark Empire, the team from the Tatara return back to Tokyo heartbroken however things never relent as the Earth is struck by a global volcanic event with earthquakes and tsunami that are threatening to send the world in to a nuclear winter.
With the arrival of Grand Council Solais and Regent Namah of the Aemon races aboard Miras to try to warn the people of Earth about the imminent Apeyron threat, you would think things couldn't get worse. They do get worse as Tie vanishes from the Symbitek office in Japan without a trace, leaving her friends worried about what the most unpredictable and dangerous member of their family may do.
Dragging Ella and her team in from the Dystopian Detective Agency in Manchester, they must try and find the errant nutcase before she unleashes chaos in the city however when the Apeyron defector Tath arrives on Earth there is rightful anger and bitterness considering what his people have done to Lunar.
It does not take long for our friends to realise that the global catastrophe facing their world has its origins in events light years away as they find six malfunctioning Apeyron devices scattered across the Earth. With Tath's help they must reset these devices except for one minor problem. They are located within active volcanoes.
Will Ella find Tie before she covers Tokyo in pink foam, will Tath find his road to redemption, will they managed to persuade the United Nations that the Apeyron threat is real and will they prevent Earth from being plunged in to a nuclear winter?"

Monsters of Tokyo is a fast paced action adventure with more than a few laughs along the way as everyone favourite enemies, Tie and Ella have to join forces in order to end a global catastrophe and finally convince Secretary Sanchez that the Apeyron threat is real in an adventure where our future hangs in the balance, even if Tie can't stop being a complete nutcase.
Monsters of Tokyo is now in its Second Ultimate Edition with over 32,000 words of new content, heavily reworked and revised. Taking the original story of Monster of Tokyo this reworked edition paints a far more vivid picture as you follow the cast of Symbiotica dealing with the fallout of events in Proteus Dark Empire as they try to save the world from being swallowed in darkness.

Proteus Technical - Apeyron Warship

Regular fans and readers will know that I not only try to create vivid and rich writing, but I often back this up with companion artwork.
Throughout the recent books including Dark Universe and Dark Empire, I had this idea for the Apeyrons primary warships and I hope that nightmare has been brought to life with this. As usual, created and modelled in Blender, rendered in Poser Pro and finalised in Photoshop.

Enjoy... I think...

Proteus - Dark Empire Released

The Second book of this months releases comes in the shape of probably the hardest book I have written with Proteus Dark Empire.

"Our friends are licking their wounds after the events of Dark Universe, the Apeyron having inflicted a price on everyone with Saya heavily damaged and Loren and Lunar in critical condition. They need to know who these Apeyron are and where they came from and with them threatening to return to our Galaxy to reclaim their dark empire, they must find a way to stop them.
As everyone on Beletrix fights to try and save Lunar and Loren's lives and they are losing their battle. With Miras and Koli searching the galaxy for more information on the Apeyron, there is a story to tell as we step back a year to when the youngest of the Proteus ships arrived by accident and learn about the cheeky and playful Lunar and her difficult start in life.
As the teams find little information on the Apeyron, hope is fading until the team at the Dystopian Detective Agency back on Earth reveal a shocking revelation. Hidden amongst the human population are eternal dark creatures called Aemon and they are not from Earth, and perhaps more pertinent they know of the Apeyron. Worse is the fact they believe that Earth and their home world of Aemus may very well be part of the Apeyron's Empire. Zenni and Saya depart to try and find the lost world of Aemus with their new demon allies, the solution to their problem lies in a dark religious site where they believe a derelict Apeyron warship may hold the answers they seek.
Time is running out though and with the Apeyron's return to our galaxy getting closer, will they manage to save Lunar and Loren and will Zenni be successful in learning more about this dark enemy on Aemus and stop the Dark Empire from reclaiming what they believe is rightfully theirs?"

This second major instalment in the Proteus Endless Saga sees our heroes struggling to learn more about the Dark Empire that is threatening everything they know as the scour the galaxy trying to gather leads. Crossing over with Pentalore - Awakening, Dark Empire is an emotional rollercoaster and as the end draws closer, things may never be the same again.
Dark Empire is now in its Second Extended Edition with over 30,000 words of new content, heavily reworked and revised. Taking the original story of Dark Empire this reworked edition paints a far more vivid picture as you follow the cast of Proteus dealing with the impending threat of the Apeyron to everything they hold dear and the tragic consequences of their first encounter.

Personal thoughts are the cover at first glance is beautiful, but a little confusing, until you read the book. It features Terrik from a scene late in Dark Empire. I won't say more but it will make sense.

Pentalore - Awakening Released

"For the Aemon it is something they have dreamt of for thousands of years, a way to return to their home world of Aemus, although with the threat of the imminent return of the Apeyron to our universe and the warning of the dire consequences both Earth and Aemus face it is not the home coming they had hoped for. Regent Namah travels with their new Alphian allies back to her home world of Aemus to re-establish the connection with her people and deliver technology to connect the worlds once more, but with the threat of the Apeyrons now hanging over both worlds, she must help the Alphians to gain access to the Temple of Apeyra in the Fire Deserts in order to learn vital intelligence about this darkness stirring in the void in the hope of saving everything she holds dear.
Meanwhile back on Earth, Cali, Lexa and Marcus are completely unaware of the events transpiring around them as they travel across the United States in search of the ancient demon scientist Anchee Sheng. As they finally start to learn of who and what Cali really is, the question of her existence are answered however with Anchee and his friends teaching them how to survive in the Aemon's world, Marcus is suspicious of Anchee's motives.
With Duchess Beo and a team of her finest hunters tracking the group down intent on carrying out the Regent's orders, will Cali learn who she is and where her destiny will take her, and will the Regent manage to unlock the secrets of the Temple of Apeyra giving much needed intelligence to their new allies?"

Following on from events in Pentalore Darkseed, as well as the Dystopian Detective, Awakening is a crossover with Proteus Dark Empire as Namah joins forces with Alphians, travelling with Zenni and Saya back to Aemus to reconnect their peoples on Earth and Aemus but also to prepare for the coming battle with the Apeyrons however while these events are far grander, things are happening on Earth that are far more subtle and will have massive consequences.
Awakening is now in its Second Extended Edition with nearly 30,000 words of new content, heavily reworked and revised. Taking the original story this reworked edition paints a far more vivid picture as you follow the cast of the Pentalore as the Prophecies Saga continues in this epic cross over with the Endless Saga.

On a personal notes side, sometimes you have a cover that just falls in to shape and the artwork on this one is one of my all time favourites.

Welcome to my world

A friend recently said to me that I should start looking at promoting my books more, getting new faces in to read them and as you will have seen, I have been making preparations for this with the remastering of the original Symbiotica books.

With this months release I thought it would be a good idea to interact with my readers a little more, get their opinions and push updates out a little more effectively.

That means I have gone on to Twitter and Facebook.

You can find me on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/alexnassauauthor/

I will be posting some regular stuff... and perhaps a silly little cartoon of the week there.

Want to get the latest updates? https://twitter.com/AlexanderNassau

You can tweet me and if you follow me you can get the latest news from my slightly insane world.

Thats it... nuff said. Back to working on Symbiotica Monsters of Tokyo
